A company is looking for a Temporary Pharmacy Student MTM Services position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support members and providers through inbound and outbound calls regarding medication-related questions
• Ensure high-quality interactions that meet call center performance goals
• Engage in medication therapy management activities and participate in quality improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy program
• High School Diploma strongly preferred
• Must adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
• Act 34 clearance required
