Key Responsibilities

Evolve and scale adoption of Pay With Exchange across PSPs and merchants
Improve and optimize the checkout experience with new standards and solutions
Shape and prioritize KYC/Travel-Rule capabilities for future execution

Required Qualifications

4+ years of product or engineering leadership in web3 or blockchain tooling
2+ years of experience owning payments or identity/KYC products end-to-end
Proven experience launching B2B APIs or SDKs that resulted in measurable adoption
Expert understanding of crypto payment flows and wallet custody models
Ability to integrate KYC/AML compliance into user experiences
