Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Document support cases and provide on-demand product training for clients


Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of related experience in a technical or customer service role
  • Creative thinking to resolve issues
  • A stable internet connection in a private environment
  • Time management skills in a virtual workforce environment
  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology, or relevant certifications (preferred)
