Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with software or hardware problems
- Document support cases and provide on-demand product training for clients
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience in a technical or customer service role
- Creative thinking to resolve issues
- A stable internet connection in a private environment
- Time management skills in a virtual workforce environment
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, or relevant certifications (preferred)
