Temporary Production Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the full-time Temporary Production Designer will format and populate high-quality PowerPoint templates while providing support on projects in Adobe InDesign and WordPress, ensuring engaging and polished communications for employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Format and edit PowerPoint slides, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
• Make design updates in Adobe InDesign and assist with content updates in WordPress
• Conduct final design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time

Required qualifications

• At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress
• Comfortable using standard business software such as Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus, but not required
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
