Temporary Production Recruiter

Job Summary

To support Trulieve's human capital needs, the temporary Production Recruiter will work remotely, focusing on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for retail positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using effective and creative outreach techniques
• Coordinate phone screens and interviews, maintaining communication with candidates
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiations while tracking recruiting data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques
• Background in retail, manufacturing, or hospitality recruiting preferred
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred
