Temporary Production Specialist

Job Summary

Providing composition, layout, and graphic support, the full-time Temporary Production Specialist will work remotely to develop, fulfill, and maintain print and digital educational materials, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, ensuring fidelity for assigned projects
• Update book files and create new pages according to supplied manuscripts while adhering to style guidelines
• Participate in project meetings, documenting actions and decisions to support project goals and deadlines

Required qualifications

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Understanding of editorial markup and project deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail
