Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Assistant- Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sales outreach via calls, texts, and emails to interested Teach Abroad & TEFL leads and respond to inquiries
• Review applications and medical forms for Teach Abroad programs and outreach to applicants to resolve missing pieces
• Conduct reminder communications to keep participants on track with tasks and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Sales oriented: proactive and engaging
• Customer-service oriented: empathetic and patient
• Independent worker
• Experience studying/living/teaching abroad preferred
