Job Summary
Supporting project coordination and communication, the part-time Temporary Project Associate will manage meeting notes, prepare project updates, and maintain documentation for a multi-institutional research initiative focused on riverine ecosystems, working remotely for approximately 13-14 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings, prepare concise notes, and track action items to ensure timely progress
- Prepare and circulate monthly project digests summarizing key updates and milestones
- Develop and maintain a project website and ensure project documentation is organized and accessible
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, engineering, or public policy
- Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in academic or research settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders
- Clear and concise writing ability, with experience in preparing structured documents
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
