Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts, the part-time Temporary Property Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing, maintain communication with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers, coaching them on best practices and interview techniques
• Maintain consistent communication regarding candidate pipelines and hiring timelines while delivering a positive candidate experience
• Build diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing methods and monitor recruiting metrics to improve processes

Required qualifications

• Recruiting or hiring experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
• Strong customer service experience and presence required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
