Job Summary

Producing high-quality proposals and sales materials, the full-time Temporary Proposal Writer will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to create compelling content that supports business development efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Write, design, and edit tailored proposals and presentations in partnership with selling executives
  • Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve proposal quality and maintain organized content in SharePoint
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or a similar writing-intensive role
  • Proven ability to produce clear and compelling written content across various formats
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to formatting standards and brand voice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
