Job Summary

As a part-time temporary Revenue Cycle Management Collector, the successful candidate will monitor and manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio, follow up on outstanding client accounts, and ensure timely reimbursement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and online portals regarding outstanding balances
• Document collection activity and payment status accurately in the billing system

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in medical collections or revenue cycle management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
