Temporary RCM Payment Poster
Job Summary
To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time Temporary RCM Payment Poster will post payments, reconcile daily deposits, and manage payment posting projects in a remote setting for a duration of 4 months.
Key responsibilities
- Research unapplied payments, overpayments, and credits
- Post remits electronically and manually for daily deposits, including zero remits and negative balances
- Reconcile daily and monthly reports to ensure accuracy and avoid variance
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare billing/accounts receivable/revenue cycle
- Proficient in CPT, ICD10, HCPCS coding, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to change and focused on customer/client relationships
