Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to development
• Oversee legal aspects of building projects and manage relationships with contractors

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in any US state
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate law, focusing on development
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to work 100% remotely
