Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily warehouse staff and delivery drivers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, with emphasis on high-volume hiring
• Proven experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
• Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos preferred
