Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Recruiter on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with department managers to create job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Screens applications, schedules interviews, and assists in the interview process

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with applicant-tracking software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to implement sourcing strategies for diverse roles
• Proactive and independent with strong time management skills
• At least five years of experience managing recruitment and hiring processes is preferred
