Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temp Recruiter - Corporate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, interview, and endorse prospective candidates for client projects globally
• Fulfill requisitions for contractor customer support engagements and identify full-time employees for key positions
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while utilizing an ATS database for candidate tracking

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting/sourcing experience
• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, both for contractors and full-time employees
• Familiarity with ATS systems
• Experience with global recruiting and cultural awareness
• Proficient in using internet and social media for recruitment purposes
