Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter (Temporary) to support hiring efforts for their Summer Journey program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for Summer Journey program positions including teachers and instructional support staff
• Source candidates through job boards and recruiting tools, and review resumes to screen applicants
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
