Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to support their experienced hire recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and source qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and lead the offer process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in professional services or agency recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday preferred
