Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- SHRM certification preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-service recruiter required
- Experience with innovative recruiting strategy development and sourcing candidates through various channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
