Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Promote the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• SHRM certification preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-service recruiter required
• Experience with innovative recruiting strategy development and sourcing candidates through various channels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
