Job Summary

Providing a premiere hiring experience, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process, develop talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers remotely to attract top candidates for various roles.

Key responsibilities
  • Manages full cycle recruitment for assigned portfolios while supporting additional needs as required
  • Sources and develops diverse talent pipelines through various channels, ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Conducts interviews and negotiates job offers, providing candidates with comprehensive information about the company and positions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum one year of recruiting, sales, or related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and ATS software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and collaborate effectively with recruiting teams
