Job Summary

Partnering closely with hiring managers, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily for engineering roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using creative techniques to illustrate their potential impact
• Advise hiring managers on role definition, interview plans, and strategic evaluation of talent throughout the recruiting process
• Provide data insights to enhance the hiring pipeline and maintain data integrity for accurate reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting for multiple departments and hiring managers
• Prior full-cycle recruiting experience for complex roles in both agency and high-growth startup environments
• Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques and tools like Gem or SeekOut
• Experience hiring across various technical domains, including engineering and non-engineering roles
• Strong understanding of software development roles and the ability to evaluate technical skills
