Job Summary

To attract and hire top talent across designated business areas, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, while working remotely and focusing on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, managing candidate pipelines and aligning hiring strategies with organizational priorities
  • Network and build outreach to enhance ACS's employer brand and attract candidates
  • Collaborate with management on strategic priorities in challenging hiring markets and contribute to employment brand initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a progressive organization or agency
  • Executive recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience with Workday recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven track record of creating a diverse and inclusive workforce
