Job Summary

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will source, interview, and onboard candidates while working remotely to support current hiring needs and potentially transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-service recruiter
  • Experience with innovative recruiting strategy development and sourcing candidates via social media
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and experience with an Applicant Tracking System
