Job Summary
To support the recruiting team, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing and hiring top talent through innovative methods while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute customized staffing plans, sourcing high-quality candidates through creative techniques
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leverage technology to document recruiting processes and provide updates on candidate progress to the team and leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring hard-to-find candidates
- Ability to command attention and respect from senior executives and hiring managers
- Effective teamwork and client service skills, with excellent written and oral communication
- Experience in utilizing ATS for recruitment and reporting purposes
