Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities in a hybrid environment, the Temporary Recruiter will manage diverse hiring needs, partner with Hiring Managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience during a 2-month assignment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage and onboarding handoff
  • Conduct Recruiting Strategy/Intake meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
  • Build and execute strategic sourcing plans for active and passive candidates using various sourcing tools
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage recruiting responsibilities effectively with minimal training
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with experience in engaging passive talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
