Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the recruitment process for a Call Center, the fully remote Temporary Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for hourly and exempt positions to meet staffing needs
• Manage the complete recruitment process for high-volume roles, including job postings and candidate interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting role
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and work as part of a team
• Intermediate knowledge of PC applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
