Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will manage hiring efforts across various departments, develop creative recruiting strategies, and focus on proactive networking and diversity hiring in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and create effective recruiting strategies
• Source, schedule, and hire candidates while maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline
• Utilize networking and innovative approaches to engage passive candidates and build a diverse talent pool

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the tech industry
• Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
• Strong boolean searching skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Desire to provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain organization in candidate management
