Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts of a rapidly growing company, the temporary full-time Recruiter will identify and source talent for various positions, manage candidate communications, and facilitate the hiring process both remotely and onsite in Tallahassee, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using effective outreach techniques and manage the recruitment process
• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and facilitate reference and background checks
• Track recruiting data and represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in high-volume environments
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; familiarity with SAP or SuccessFactors preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
