Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume telesales hiring, the fully remote Temporary Recruiter will identify, screen, and advance qualified candidates through the recruiting process while partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through various recruiting channels and evaluate their qualifications against established criteria
• Conduct initial phone screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams for next steps
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, sales, or telesales positions preferred
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
