Job Summary

To support effective talent acquisition, the remote Temporary Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and hire top talent while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Provide strategic hiring recommendations and market insights to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability in the hiring process
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment compliance requirements
• Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
