Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting a mission-driven nonprofit, the temporary Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions remotely, ensuring an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring process management
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop candidate shortlists
• Source talent, conduct initial candidate assessments, and guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently, including screening and interviewing
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably UKG
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
