Temporary Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting executive and senior leadership hiring, the temporary remote Recruiter will manage high-touch candidate experiences, conduct proactive talent sourcing, and ensure alignment with hiring leaders across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders and interview teams to manage executive searches and enhance candidate experiences
- Draft job descriptions and establish evaluation criteria in collaboration with the Head of Executive Recruiting
- Conduct talent research and sourcing to build candidate pipelines for leadership roles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in senior leadership or director-level hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with senior leaders
- Experience with sourcing tools and market insights for talent engagement
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
- Prior experience in global technology, aerospace, or telecommunications recruiting is a plus
