Job Summary

Providing administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator will engage potential candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and maintain applicant tracking system data in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through various recruiting channels and engage in social media campaigns to increase candidate flow
  • Assist with candidate outreach, scheduling phone screens and interviews, and coordinating interview logistics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
Required qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools preferred
