Job Summary
Providing administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator will engage potential candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and maintain applicant tracking system data in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various recruiting channels and engage in social media campaigns to increase candidate flow
- Assist with candidate outreach, scheduling phone screens and interviews, and coordinating interview logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate records and support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience
- Experience with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools preferred
