Temporary Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a high-impact recruiting project, the Temporary Recruiting Support Specialist will source and screen candidates while working full-time in a hybrid environment based in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Conduct initial phone/Teams screenings to assess qualifications and fit
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR support preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing tools
• Proficiency with ATS systems (ADP or similar preferred)
• Strong ability to screen candidates and assess qualifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
