Temporary Recurring Care Specialist

Job Summary

To support seasonal growth, the full-time Temporary Recurring Care Specialist will coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, managing scheduling and communication tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits for patients using proprietary technology and third-party platforms
• Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Previous medical scheduling experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information empathetically
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in learning new tools and navigating multiple platforms
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
