Temporary Remote Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment effort, the Temporary Remote Recruiter will engage in a 4-month contract to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for hourly Operations, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams while working full-time from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to determine effective sourcing and marketing strategies for various roles
• Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value and high-volume positions
• Lead the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Experience using social media and job boards to attract applicants
• Proven ability to organize and manage job fairs, both in-person and virtual
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis skills
