A company is looking for a Temporary Analyst in Global Rights, Rights Production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal production teams by handling rights-related clearance, negotiation, drafting, and risk analysis
• Negotiate with rights holders and troubleshoot issues related to acquiring rights for various content
• Review, draft, and execute agreements while ensuring compliance with media terms for global exploitation

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• 3-4 years of experience analyzing third-party licenses and programming agreements in a media environment
• Experience negotiating media rights agreements and drafting contracts
• Basic understanding of copyright and music licensing documentation
• Familiarity with rights management software and content distribution platforms
