Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Temporary RN Contact Center Navigator will coordinate care, provide health education, and conduct assessments for members through telephonic and electronic communication while collaborating with nursing and pharmacy staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Completes annual competencies and maintains member confidentiality while adhering to compliance and safety standards
  • Utilizes independent problem-solving skills to address member issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Conducts initial health assessments and facilitates enrollment in services through outbound and inbound member contacts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Active RN licensure strongly preferred
  • Two years of experience in counseling, clinical assessment, or care coordination strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
  • Basic knowledge of workplace benefits and insurance reimbursement
