Job Summary
Providing administrative and clerical support to a sales team, the full-time Temporary Sales Assistant will work remotely for up to 6 months, focusing on spreadsheet management, proposal creation, and customer information entry during the busy season.
Key responsibilities
- Managing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting the quoting team with proposal creation and customer inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and directing calls as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
