Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Director of Sales for Walmart.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OLLY's Walmart sales to maximize growth and achieve sales objectives
- Drive customer partnerships and manage the annual plan for Walmart, contributing to go-to-market strategies
- Develop and inspire the team while fostering collaboration across internal and external partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7-12 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer, with a preference for 5+ years at Walmart
- 2+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to lead sales for a business area
- Deep knowledge of P&L and Trade Budget management
- Proven ability to drive eCommerce sales and build customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functionally
