Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven Temporary Sales Recruiter, this full-time remote contract position will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales hiring, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience during the process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while maintaining an organized pipeline
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success in recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours
