Seeking a results-driven Temporary Sales Recruiter, this full-time remote contract position will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales hiring, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience during the process.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while maintaining an organized pipeline
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success in recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours
