Temporary Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Senior Backend Lead Developer for Capital Markets Technology Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering efforts across multiple Agile teams and define secure, scalable backend architectures
• Design and build API-driven services, supporting modernization and legacy platform rewrite initiatives
• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, technical mentoring, and CI/CD practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience using .NET and C# in enterprise environments
• Strong experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices with Swagger/OpenAPI
• Deep experience with SQL Server, Dapper ORM, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with messaging and event-driven architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
