Temporary Senior Integrations Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of the Enterprise Integration Platform team, the Temporary Senior Integrations Engineer will serve as a Technical SME in a 6-month contract role, responsible for leading integration delivery, guiding architectural design, and mentoring development teams while performing up to 20% hands-on development remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and mentor internal and offshore developer teams, perform code reviews, and enforce integration governance policies
- Partner with Integration Architects to review, approve, and implement cloud integration solutions and API designs
- Oversee build improvements, platform upgrades, migrations, and ensure robust monitoring using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 4-7+ years of experience in integration development and technical leadership within global enterprises
- Deep expertise in API architecture, microservices, enterprise messaging systems, and cloud-native solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Java, Scala, and Python
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and CI/CD pipelines
