Temporary Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Senior Operations Manager, eCommerce Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead on key retail and network partnerships, optimizing high-revenue campaigns
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Revenue Optimization teams to execute strategies that enhance affiliate revenue and campaign performance
• Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in affiliate operations, account management, digital media, partnerships, or eCommerce strategy
• Proven ability to manage complex projects that contribute to revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data
• Experience with affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI/CRM tools is a plus
