Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Recruiter for a fully remote, temporary position, the role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions across various functions including Finance, HR, and IT.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or professional roles
- Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, and IT positions
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
