Job Summary

Supporting the experienced hire recruiting team, the full-time Temporary Senior Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, and source top candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and source qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
