Job Summary
Motivating and mentoring a remote team, the Temporary Service Delivery Team Lead will manage daily operations to ensure quality customer experiences while supporting natural disaster relief efforts for a project lasting 60-120 days.
Key responsibilities
- Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while monitoring team attendance and absence
- Provide feedback and recognition to motivate and inspire team members
Required qualifications
- Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
- Experience promoting a performance-driven culture
- Ability to engage and support team members with necessary tools and systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a comfort level in using computer systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts during 24x7 hours of operations
