Job Summary

Bringing deep knowledge of gaming and tabletop culture, the full-time Temporary Social Strategist will develop and manage social strategies for high-profile brands across various platforms, ensuring authentic engagement with communities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop platform-specific social strategies rooted in gaming, streaming, and tabletop culture
• Build and maintain content calendars that balance planned campaigns with real-time cultural relevance
• Manage day-to-day publishing and community presence across owned channels, engaging authentically with audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social strategy, community management, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Deep knowledge of gaming culture and community norms across platforms
• Hands-on experience with Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, and Instagram
• Proven ability to develop social strategies that balance brand objectives with community engagement
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social listening tools and reporting dashboards
