Temporary Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Leading project teams in the deployment of AI tools, the temporary Solution Consultant will work remotely to support clients by optimizing Lighthouse AI offerings and managing complex methodologies for document identification over a 2 to 6-month period.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Case Strategy project teams, managing project scoping and execution strategies
- Assist clients in deploying Lighthouse Case Strategy AI tools, providing training and support
- Mentor less experienced team members while identifying risks and ensuring effective client communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in research, data analysis, or related fields
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in information retrieval or analytics
- Mastery of DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality
- Experience with AI tools and technical solution design
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
