Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Student Accounts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling and support to students regarding financial aid and student accounts
• Assist students with account inquiries, payment plans, and collections processes
• Collaborate with Enrollment Counselors and Admissions Department to ensure students receive accurate financial information

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or related customer service roles
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong commitment to the Christian mission and values of the institution
• Familiarity with federal and state financial aid regulations is preferred
